LIVE: the rewards banner ('A more rewarding way to shop') renders on the homepage only.

Reformat per Sophie's mockup + texture, and render it at the bottom of every page (global).

✓ Output — closed & verified

CLOSED & VERIFIED. Shipped v231 → v232. The Sessions Rewards “Download app” fold (RewardsFooterBanner) now carries the Sessions_Texture_4 texture via a new ch16_texture layer behind the kept ch16_bgScrimOnly glow. Live: /v232/. Chrome high-zoom motif-diff verified.

Technical steps to achieve it

  1. Build a RewardsBanner component (new format + texture-rewards bg).
  2. Mount it in the global PageShell/layout above the footer so every route gets it.
  3. De-dupe from the homepage's own copy.
